Red Ribbon Rice Recipe




Ingredients for Red Ribbon Rice
Rice boiled 3 cups
Dye 1 cup rice with red food color
Dye 1 cup rice with yellow color
1 cup white rice
Boil egg 1


Things for Chutney
Coriander /Mint 1 bundle
Green chilies 6
Anar dana 2 tb sp
Salt ½ Table Spoon
Zaeera ½ Table Spoon


Method for Chutney
Grind all these things together

Ingredients for Mince Meat
Mince Meat ½ kg
Tomatoes 2
Oil 2 tb sp
Green chilies 2
Onion 1(cut in fine strips)
Red chillies 1 Tea Spoon
Ginger grinded 1 Tea Spoon
Garlic grinded 1 Tea Spoon.
Dhania (fresh) 1Tea Spoon
Salt 1 Tea Spoon
Water 1cup
Method for Mince Meat
Heat oil, fry onion, till light brown,
Add all ingredients in it cook on low heat.
Gradually add water and cook till mince meat tender and all the water dries.

Full Method For Red Ribbon Rice
Grease a round pan.
Give a layer of boiled egg.
Second layer of red rice
Third layer of mincemeat
Fourth layer of yellow rice
Fifth layer of chutney.
Lastly give a layer of white rice
Press them with plate or slightly with hands for 15 minutes.
Then put it in the preheated oven for 10minutes.
Then over turn it on the plate.
Serve hot.
