Mustard powder ½ Tea Spoon
Black pepper½ Tea Spoon
Salt½ Tea Spoon
Soya sauce2 Tea Spoons
Tomato ketchup½ Tea Spoon
Sugar½ Tea Spoon
Vinegar2 Tea Spoons
White flour½ Tea Spoon
Ginger (grinded) 2 Tea Spoons
Garlic (grinded) ½ Tea Spoon
Oil (for frying) 4 cups

Method
Put all the above ingredients in mutton chops.Marinate chops for 4 hours.
Fry mutton chops in hot oil till tender.
Serve hot with chutney.
