Orange Cream Caramel Recipe



Ingredients for Orange Cream Caramel
200 g sugar

600 ml orange juice
4 eggs (beaten)
4 tbsp water



Method
Heat half the sugar in water, on a low flame, till sugar dissolve, raise the heat to caramelize the sugar till it turn brown.

Pour sugar into 8 small moulds, swirl to cover base then place on a roasting tin.
Beat together the orange juice, eggs and remaining sugar, carefully pour into the moulds
Bake it for 20 minutes or until sets.
Cover and chill for several hours before serving.
