Fried Pomfret Recipe



Ingredients for Fried Pomfret

Pomfret 1 med size
Egg yolks 2
Black pepper 1 Tea Spoon
Salt 1 Tea Spoon
MSG 1 Tea Spoon

Soya sauce 4 Tea Spoon
Corn flour 2 cups
Oil 4 cups

Method

Put salt, soya sauce and MSG in egg yolks .
Mix it.
Put this mixture on pomfret.
Marinate it for 1 hour.
Then dip it in corn flour.
Heat oil and fry fish on medium heat till crisp and golden brown.
Serve with boiled rice.
