Stuffed Eggs Recipe



Ingredients for Stuffed Eggs

Eggs boiled 6
Capsicum (cut in small sq pieces) 1
Carrot (cut in small sq pieces) 1
Black pepper ½ Tea Spoon
Bread crumbs
Egg (raw) 1
White sauce ½ cups
Bread crumbs
Oil


Ingredients for White Sauce

Butter ¼ cup
White flour 1/4 cup
Milk ¼ cup
Mustard 1/4 Tea Spoon
Salt ¼ Tea Spoon
Black pepper ¼ Tea Spoon

Direction for White Sauce

Heat butter then add white flour salt, black pepper and mustard in it.
Cook on low heat.
Stir till white sauce thickens.

Method for Stuffed Eggs
Put egg yolks, black pepper, and capsicum, carrot, and white sauce altogether.
Put this mixture in egg whites coverings
Dip in raw egg then in bread crumbs.
Heat oil and fry eggs till crisp and golden brown.
