White Sauce Cutlets Recipe




Ingredients for White Sauce Cutlets
Potatoes (boiled and mashed) ½ kg
Carrot (chopped) 1 medium size
Capsicum (chopped) 1
Spring onion (chopped) 2
Eggs (hard boil) 4
White sauce ½ cup
Egg raw 1
Bread crumbs 2 cups
Oil (for frying) 2 cups



Ingredients for White Sauce
Butter ¼ cup
White flour 1/4 cup
Milk ¼ cup
Mustard 1/4 Tea Spoon
Salt ¼ Tea Spoon
Black pepper ¼ Tea Spoon

Direction for White Sauce
Heat butter then add white flour salt, black pepper and mustard in it.
Cook on low heat.
Stir till white sauce thickens
.
Method for cutlets
Put carrot, onion, capsicum and mashed boiled eggs in potatoes.
Now add white sauce in it and mix it.
Take some of it and make an oval shape cutlet.
Dip cutlet in raw egg.
Again dip it bread crumbs.
Heat oil and deep fry cutlet still crisp and golden brown.
