Chicken Egg Fried Rice Recipe




Ingredients for Chicken Egg Fried Rice 
Chicken (cut in fine strips) 2 cups
MSG3 Tea Spoons
Salt 1½ Tea Spoon
Corn flour 2Tea Spoon
Soya sauce6 Tea Spoons
Black pepper 1/2 Tea Spoon

Carrots (finely chopped) 2
Spring onion (finely chopped) 2
Capsicum (finely chopped) 2
Oil1/2 cup
Boiled rice 2 cups
Eggs (beaten) 4

Method
Put salt1/2 tsp, soya sauce4tsp, corn flour4tsp and MSG1tsp in chicken pieces mix it and let it marinate for 4 hours.
Heat oil, fry chicken for 1 minute then add vegetables.
Put salt1/2 tsp, soya sauce1tsp MSG1 tsp, and black pepper in it.
Cook and stir till the water of vegetable dries.
Add rice and stir for 1 minute.
Add a pinch of salt and a little yellow food color in beaten eggs.
Fry omelet in a pan and make little pieces of it.
After mixing rice and vegetables sprinkle fried egg on rice.
Now put rice on very low heat for 5 minute.
Serve hot with gravy.
