Chicken Lolly Pops




Ingredients for Chicken Lolly Pops
Roasted chicken 1 med size
Green chilies (grinded) 6
Fresh dhania (finally chopped)
Black pepper 1 Tea Spoon
Mustard 1 Tea Spoon
Salt 1 Tea Spoon

Butter 1 Tea Spoon
Milk 6 Tea Spoon
Cream 4 Tea Spoon
Egg 1

Method

Put the meat of chicken and all other ingredients except egg in chopper.
Mix them.
Beat the egg.
Make oval shape kebab.
Put a bone or stick in the middle and press it.
Dip this kebab in egg and then coat it with bread crumbs from both sides.
After coating kebabs fry them till crisp and golden brown.
Decorate it with boil potatoes and green peas.
