250gm chicken  stock

6tbsp low fat coconut milk

Baby corn (few)

1 capsicum

300 gm yoghurt
1/2 kg chicken
2 onions (chopped)
1/4 cup oil
2 tbsp garlic ginger paste
Salt to taste
6 green chilies
3 big cardamoms
4 small cardamoms
4-6 cloves8-10 black pepper
2 bay leaves
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 bunch of coriander (chopped)

Chicken (cut in thin pieces) 1 cup
Salt 1 Tea Spoon
MSG 2 Tea Spoons
Soya sauce 3 Tea Spoons
Corn flour 1 cup
Egg (beaten) 1
